Interventional Radiology
Katarzyna Stanisławska, MD, PhD
Katarzyna Stanisławska has been providing online consultations in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases to patients throughout Poland for several years. Beginning her collaboration with the Foundation was a natural next step in supporting brain aneurysm patients. Within the Foundation, she is responsible for building a verified, substantive knowledge base for patients and serves as the coordinator for the establishment of the Foundation's Scientific Committee.

She is a graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań. In 2018, she obtained the title of specialist in radiology and diagnostic imaging by passing the European Diploma in Radiology examination in Vienna. She works at the Heliodor Święcicki Clinical Hospital in Poznań in the Department of Clinical Radiology and in the Department of Neurosurgery and Neurotraumatology. In 2019, she completed her doctoral studies at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences and defended her doctoral thesis on the use of intracranial stents in the treatment of unruptured brain aneurysms. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of General and Interventional Radiology at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences, where she teaches future doctors in the fields of classical and interventional radiology. In her daily practice, she focuses on diagnostic imaging and endovascular treatment of vascular diseases, with particular emphasis on cerebrovascular conditions. She performs embolization procedures for intracranial aneurysms and hemangiomas, and is involved in the endovascular treatment of ischemic strokes. In addition to neuroradiology procedures, she also performs interventions in the fields of interventional oncology, organ embolization, and many others. She is the author and co-author of scientific papers published in Polish and international journals, as well as presentations at scientific conferences in Poland and abroad. Katarzyna Stanisławska is a member of the Polish Radiological Society as well as European and international societies in the fields of general and interventional radiology. In her personal life, she enjoys traveling and playing basketball.
Prof. Robert Juszkat, MD, PhD, DSc
Robert Juszkat is a professor at the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań and a habilitated doctor of medicine. He works at the Department of General and Interventional Radiology and the Clinic of Neurosurgery and Neurotraumatology.

Profesor Robert Juszkat jest kierownikiem Pracowni Radiologii Zabiegowej w Szpitalu Klinicznym nr 1 w Poznaniu oraz kierownikiem Pracowni Angio Euromedic. Jest członkiem wielu towarzystw naukowych m.in. Polskiego Lekarskiego Towarzystwa Radiologicznego oraz Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe. Osiągnięcia naukowe profesora Roberta Juszkata obejmują ponad 300 publikacji. Profesor zajmuje się przede wszystkim endowaskularnym leczeniem schorzeń naczyniowych, wad rozwojowych i nowotworów układu naczyniowego. Jest cenionym specjalistą w przeznaczyniowym leczeniu tętniaków naczyń mózgowych, zmian miażdżycowych naczyń krwionośnych oraz wewnątrznaczyniowym leczeniu tętniaków aorty piersiowej i brzusznej.

Jakub Moskal, MD, PhD
Jakub Moskal is a graduate of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences and currently a lecturer at the Department and Clinic of Neurosurgery, where he obtained his specialization and doctorate in medical sciences under the supervision of Professor Stanisław Nowak.

Jakub Moskal is a graduate of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences and currently a lecturer at the Department and Clinic of Neurosurgery, where he obtained his specialization and doctorate in medical sciences under the supervision of Professor Stanisław Nowak. Dr. Moskal's scientific achievements include over 50 scientific papers and more than a dozen conference presentations. He completed a fellowship at the Department of Neurosurgery at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel, Germany – Klinik für Neurochirurgie UK S-H Campus Kiel in 2007. He has participated in national and international conferences, including: the 12th Congress of the WFITN in Buenos Aires – Puerto Madero, Argentina; the Eastern Europe Advanced Biosurgery Workshop in Budapest, Hungary; the EANS Annual Meeting 2012 in Bratislava, Slovakia; the 1st Polish Neurosymposium in Munich, Germany; the 39th Congress of the Polish Society of Neurosurgeons and the Nursing Section of the PTNCh with the participation of the Greek Neurosurgical Society in Mikołajki, Poland; and the 4th Scientific Congress of the Polish Society of Spine Surgeons in Zakopane. From 2002 to 2003, he worked as a trainee doctor at the MSWiA Hospital in Poznań, followed by 2003–2004 as a junior assistant in the Neurology Department of the Provincial Hospital in Poznań. From 2003 to 2010, he also served as a junior assistant in the Neurosurgery Department of Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Poznań, and from 2011 as an assistant neurosurgery specialist in the Neurosurgery Department of the Heliodor Święcicki Clinical Hospital in Poznań. Since January 2014, he has been serving as the Coordinator of the Neurosurgery Department at the Hospital in Puszczykowo. His main areas of interest include surgical treatment of brain and spinal tumors, as well as minimally invasive techniques for treating disc disease and degenerative spinal conditions.
Jeremi Kościński, MD, PhD
Jeremi Kościński is a graduate of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences and a doctor of medical sciences in neurosurgery. He is a specialist in neurosurgery, brain and head surgery, spine surgery, and peripheral nerve surgery.

Prof. Sławomir Michalak, MD, PhD, DSc
Sławomir Michalak is a professor and habilitated doctor of medical sciences, a specialist in neurology and laboratory diagnostics. He works at the Department of Neurology and Cerebrovascular Diseases at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. He is the Head of the Department of Neurochemistry and Neuropathology, an academic teacher, and a supervisor of master's and doctoral theses. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific articles.

Joanna Rybacka-Mossakowska, MD, PhD
Dr. Joanna Rybacka-Mossakowska, MD, PhD is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań (2010). From her third year of studies, she was active in the Student Scientific Society at the Department of Neurochemistry and Neuropathology, winning awards at national and international conferences (including First Prize, 7th International Congress of Young Medical Scientists 2007, Poznań).
